The staff are wonderful! The breakfast is fantastic. It has easy access to the metro and in a great safe part of Sao Paulo. I have stayed here several times. The rooms are mini apartments. They have a kitchen, living space and bedroom. There is a grocery store nearby if you want you can cook in your room, but with so many good places to eat...why? There is a small pool and work out room that I seem to never have time to use.
Good location, free parking, back rooms are quite (that's rare in Jardins), big rooms (we stayed in triple room). Good breakfast. Staff speaks decent English.
Noting that would really deter you from booking. Hotel is boring and not a place that you'll remember long.
Staff was very attentive and courteous.
Hotel is in serious need of remodel. Other hotels in the area are 1/2 the price of this hotel and in far better condition, however a conference was in town and this was one of only 2 choices available in this neighborhood. Both rooms given to us were smoking rooms in spite of requesting non smoking rooms. It was a fair to poor value for the price, which may have been elevated due to lack of rooms in the area during our stay.
I didn't like and don't come back to this hotel. It is very old. The staff aren't polite enoff and the breakfast can be better. But for me the biggest problem are the room. The bads are very small and the bathroom are very old.
Charged for internet High price for standard Many staff did not speak English, restaurant menu not in English No iron available, had to pay cash to the housekeeping
Room has enough space. A small kitchen is included (not used). Breakfast in restaurant downstairs is adequate.
Room was missing air-conditioning. Hotel staff was polite, but knowledge of English insufficient, even at reception desk. Check-out procedure was unclear: had to ask for a receipt. Overall, fairly expensive (as all of Sao Paulo), but at a good location.
The two-room apartments are a good size with decent furnishings. Windows open and there is a small balcony. No need to pay for Wifi - the free service was fast enough.
There were no utensils for use in the kitchenette. Only executive suites have a microwave. It can be difficult to get into the shower because of the high sides of the tub.
only the half window had a glass, so noise from the street.
